Frequently asked questions and answers
Q: Can I only get consulting in one area (QMS, EMS, OHS, Integration)?
A: The hours available in each phone consultation package can be used for any or all areas. For example, if you choose the “4 hours” package you do not have to use all four hours receiving consultation on just QMS, but can use one hour on QMS, another on EMS, and two on Integration of both, or any other combination your company requires.
Q: Do I have to use an entire hour per call?
A: It is not necessary to utilize all of the hours in a package at once, or even on any particular schedule. McDCG wants to make phone consulting services as beneficial and convenient as we can for you, so we have the "anyway you want to use your time" policy. Unused time (30 minutes or more) will be rolled over into your next call, but we won’t nickel and dime you for going over by a few minutes.
Q: What isn’t offered by phone?
A:
At this time, we do not offer any of our training courses via phone.
It is also unfeasible for us to perform a system-wide audit by phone.
Q: Is phone consulting right for my situation?
A: Phone consulting can help all organizations. It depends on your goals and objectives on whether it is the best solution for your company.
Q: What do I get from phone consulting that I can’t find on my own?
A: Our consultants have over 25 years experience in quality systems implementation and integration – in many industries. We’ve experienced it all so we can spot your blind spots in advance and help you avoid costly mistakes and oversights.
Q: How does it work?
A: Phone consultations begin with an initial free 30 minute consultation for the purpose of introducing McDCG to you and your company. In addition, we will take this time to familiarize ourselves with/learn about your business and your needs and to determine whether we can successfully/effectively assist you.
Subsequent phone consultations will be scheduled during this time. Once we define what it is you and your company/business want to accomplish, it/this will decide how many/much phone consultations will be needed.
Q: What if I’m still not sure?
A: Just call us up. We’ll help you decide the best solution for your specific needs, time, and budget.
